We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

This commitment also reflects our obligations under:

• ADA Title IIIThe Americans with Disabilities Act requires that places of public accommodation, including websites, be accessible to people with disabilities.
• California Unruh Civil Rights ActCalifornia Civil Code § 51 prohibits discrimination in public accommodations, which courts have applied to websites serving California residents.
• Section 508Federal guidelines for electronic and information technology accessibility, referenced as a best-practice benchmark.

Nextlevo Studio takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

• Include accessibility as a requirement in our design and development process
• Provide semantic HTML structure so assistive technologies can navigate content
• Use sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
• Ensure all interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and have visible focus states
• Provide meaningful alt text for all informative images
• Use ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient
• Avoid motion and animations that could trigger vestibular disorders where possible, and respect prefers-reduced-motion
• Ensure form fields have visible labels and clear error messages

We are aware that some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:

• 3D CanvasThe interactive 3D model on the home page is a decorative visual element. It does not convey information essential to using the site and is marked as presentational.
• AnimationsBackground motion elements use CSS animations. These are decorative and do not affect content, but we are working on improved reduced-motion support across all pages.
• Third-Party ToolsSome embedded third-party tools (e.g., analytics) may not be fully under our control. We choose providers with strong accessibility track records.
